How do I add a new contact and e mail address?

Do not have a add contact bar for my e mail address?

• Yahoo set me up a new mail page and forgot to set up my add address bar, what do I do

• Answer:

  AFTER you click on "Contacts"----your wee tiny contact page opens, at the bottom left. That's where you'll find the "add contact" tab. It's in the little bar across the top, just above the contact list.
