How can I restore my contacts in my yahoo mail?

Please help me to restore my yahoo mail contacts?

My yahoo email contact list was deleted after a hacker got into my account. Please help me to restore my yahoo email contacts. I transported the Facebook email contact list but, I need my old yahoo email list of contacts. Some of them were duplicates from facebook. Please help me. Is there any way I can restore my computer to an earlier date? Like October 1, 2011?

I doubt there's anything you can do. You can click start, control panel, performance & maintenance, system restore upper left corner. If you haven't been setting regular restore points, it probably won't work. Plus you would have to download all the updates you have had since you had the computer or the last time you set a restore point. Major hassle.
