How to import hotmail contacts into yahoo email?

Importing Yahoo contacts to Hotmail?

• I have exported my Yahoo contacts to a file, but when I try to import them to Hotmail, it tells me: Please type the e-mail address in the following format: [email protected]. Why? I do not know what it is talking about. Where do I input the email address? Thanks in advance.
