How to know which email addresses in my contacts are inactive?

How do i send my contacts my new email address without letting everyone know the other s addresses? evanirg@ya

  • some people use the category undisclosed_recipient, but when I made that category and check marked all the contacts I wanted to sent to, it still showed everyone's addresses. So I don't know what I am doing wrong. Thanks! Evanir

    If you want the TO line to show---undisclosed-recipients, do this. Put your own address on the TO line---BUT---enclose it within parenthesis--such as--- ([email protected]) ALL other addresses need to be entered in the BCC (blind copy) line. The mail will be delivered to all, (addresses are hidden), showing undisclosed-recipients on the TO line and the name within the parenthesis doesn't show nor get the mail.

Send the email to yourself and then put all your recipients in the BCC field and that will work....

when sending an email you have 3 choices. To: Cc: Bcc: Use Bcc and the addresses will not show up in the email header s of everyone.

SEND IT IN THE "BCC" SECTION INSTEAD OR CC OR TO IT WILL BLIND CARBON COPY EVERYONE
