How do you print your contact list?

How do I print out my entire contact list?

  • I want to print out my contact ( e-mail address) list, and when I open it and hit "print " it says I haven't selected a contact, as if it will only print one contact. Is there any way to get the entire list printed? Thanks very much- Mimi

    go to "contacts" then click on "address book" on right hand side there is option "Printable Address Book" click on it.... if u want "Your entire Address Book " click on it then select type of view want ............ then click on "display for printing" tab which on left hand side down........ u will view ur contact details ............ thn go to file click on print option n take print out or else just press Ctrl+P ......... printing dialogue box appears ......... press"print" n u will get print out

Start highlighting at the top with the first one, keep highlighting until you get to the last one. 3. Click "File", select Print. 4. When your print window opens, check the box that says "Selection." 5. Click "Print" again.

Just select all as in a word document when you have your normal cursor not the hand one. Right - click then choose copy. Open a word document and paste your copied list. Print.
