How do I send an email to everyone in my contact list?

Spammers are using my email account and contact list to send out emails to everyone on my contact list.?

• The emails look like they are coming from me but I didn't send them. The emails usually contain a link with a .php extension. How do I prevent this? My friends and I are fed up with these emails. These emails are like viruses...It's frustrating and getting embarrassing!!

• Answer:

  There are two way to do this, (1)If someone hack your email account (If it so then immediately change the account recover question and recovery email id and then change the password and give a strong password so that noone can guess) (2) If someone hack your IP adress (if it so then please contact with your server authority)
