Insert checked addresses from address book to forward an e-mail won't work, why?
-
When I try to forward an e-mail I have received, I can't get the insert checked addresses from my address book to come up after I have clicked on it. 1. forward e-mail 2. click on insert addresses 3. check addresses to be inserted to receive the e-mail 4. insert checked addresses 5. send mail. When I try to click on step 2, nothing happens. How do I correct this.

Answer:
You've got it, but not quite in the right order. With the email open: 1. Click on "Forward". 2. Click on the "TO" field and your address book will open. 3. Put check-marks by each contact you want to forward to. 4. Go to top and click on "Insert Checked Contacts". The address book should close and the email addresses should be in the "TO" field now. Click "Send".
