How do you verify an email address?

so i wanted a new email address and it says follow the instructions in ur email and we will verify ur email address. but there are no instructions .. what do i do now?

Really, it depends on what site you are making an account on. But i think that you should create it again, if you have not gotten a confirmation in your mail, then that means that either you did not create it properly or either it did not go through properly.
