How do I forward an email to one of my contacts?

How can I send & or forward Email to more than one person on my contacts list at the same time?

  • When I want to forward the same Email to more than 1 person on my contacts list,is there a way to use Ctrl + a letter to send to more than 1

  • Answer:

Bcc And CC Bcc: stands for "blind carbon copy." This is similar to the Cc: feature, except that Bcc: recipients are invisible to all the other recipients of the message . To add an entry in the Bcc: field, click the "Show BCC" link to the right of the "To:" field. you can put your email address on the to line then all the email addresses will be hidden that you add on the bcc line Cc: stands for "carbon copy." Anyone listed in the Cc: field of a message receives a copy of that message when you send it. All other recipients of that message can see that the person you designated as a Cc: recipient has received a copy of the message. Note: To send a message, you must always specify at least one recipient in the "To:" field. If you don't, an error message appears when you attempt to send the message. Or Use Address Book you can use address book to enter the email addresses For The All New Maill click bcc or cc they will move to the left below the TO line in the email clicking them again will bring up your address book click on an address to add more than one email address hold ctrl on keyboard then click on each email address you want added then click ok IN CLASSIC MAIL click bcc or cc they will move to the left below the TO line in the email then click bcc or cc to bring up address book put a check by each email address you want to add then click insert contacts (make sure you see a comma between each email address that you add)
