How do I add names from my address book to send to an email or do I have to send one at a time?

I like to send seven names from my address book on one email how would I do that

Answer:
With you message box open, click on the "TO" field and your address book will open. Put a check mark by each contact you want to send to, go to the top and click on "Insert Checked Contacts".
