How do I forward an e-mail to multiple contacts?

How do you send a multiple contact email without all the contacts seeing all the addresses email is sent to?

  • How do you send an email to multiple contacts without each one of those contacts seeing all the addresses you sent the email to. I want to send to several people at once but I do not want them all to see each others email addresses as some of these are private. Please help.

  • Answer:

Put one addressee on the TO line and all the others on the BCC line. Recipients can't see who's on the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) line.

First click compose and then click insert address all address will come in TO box now cut and paste them in BCC field if BCC field is not coming then click above Show BCC now send the emails to all it will come recipients undisclosed you can test type more than 1 email address and send to your all address (have some more IDs for testing) make sure that nothing is in TO box and all contacts must be separated by comma in BCC field

Send the email to yourself or to one contact that you don't mind the others seeing. Then add all of addresses that you want to keep private in the "BC" (blind copy) area. The receivers from your email will only see the one address in the "To" line, they will not see the others.

Click on the first contact but then send a BCC to the others. The e-mail address won't show.
