What happened to "insert address?

Why won't my Email address's automatically insert into the Email area? Please HELP!!!?

  • The auto insert for all Email addresses in our Address book , isn't working any longer. It stopped doing so about 1 month ago. I've done all the updates n all and nothing has been fixed. I've even contacted yahoo themselfves but no help really happened. So please If you know of a solution please click on Answer Question and help me out. Many thanks in advance.

    I stumbled on this by accident, but it seems to work. Click on Forward or Compose, then click on "TO" and your address book for email will open. Check the boxes next to the names you want to send to, go to the top of the address list and click on "Insert Checked Contacts."
