I don't think you can... ive been trying also and can't get it to work right... if you get a correct answer Id be happy to know.

click options in the top right corner then click on import/export in the management column then click on address book on the left side of options. this will give you the screen where you can import or export address books in various formats including .csv .yah and vcard
