How can I transfer contacts from yahoo mail to Gmail?

(.csv file ) extension. then press "Export Now". so a file named yahoo_ab.csv will be asked to be saved in your computer. 3. Now login your gmail account. Select Contacts. then select import. the select the file you have to import from your computer which we have saved before. so you`re done. Thank You.

I believe you can export your Yahoo address book to a file as comma-separated values that you can save on your computer. You should then be able to import that file into your gmail address book.

in gmail it is down in left go contacts pres in that right hand side pres import and then new window appear in that pres browse you select yahoo mail pres import contacts yahoo mail contacts to new g mail ready

u will find the option import contact in the adress book of gmail account type ur yahoo adress and ur contacts will be exported or copied to ur gmail account
