How to transfer address book from old yahoo id to new yahoo id??

I have 1000s of address in my address book. I have to new yahoo id and want to transfer all address book at once, its too boring work to do it mannually. how to do that?? plz help me. if u can give it for hotmail also?

For Yahoo: use trueswitch to import contacts, emails and your calendar info: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/manage/manage-66.html Can't tell you about hotmail, sry.
