If i forgot my pass word and my personel details how i will get back the contacts from my address book?

actually i forgot my pass word and my personel address also, but i am having so many condact address in the same yahoo user I.d, so how can i get the address back to my new email user i.d.

thanks for your answer but i still dont understand how to get into a chatroom.. anyway either you click on forget my password while signing in so they'll ask you personal details n you must write a new password or you ask the people their add.. sorry if i havnt been of any help
