Disable sync from iphone to yahoo calendar?

Hello, I have just realised that all of my phone calendar now appears in yahoo calendar (I have NEVER used yahoo calendar) - And I did not set this up. All of the events that I entered into my phone now show up in yahoo calendar. I want to switch this function off. I have looked at all the help info on yahoo and apple and can't find how to turn the Sync OFF!!!! I found a way to turn it off on my phone, by un-selecting the calendar tab within settings but when I do this all of my events on my phone calendar disappear but remain on yahoo!! :( I am so fed up..... can anyone help?? I do not want my phone calendar events to appear on yahoo. I do not want to loose them from my phone. I have an iphone 4 Thanks very much Jen

go to settings . you should scroll down to calendar and select disable import from outside devices or soemthing
