Why do I get an error message when I open my address book?

How can I forward emails now? After inserting addys, I get an error message?

  • I've just switched to the new Yahoo Mail...I was having troube the past couple of days forwarding emails....It wouldn't insert them via my address book and insert addresses....Now, with the new 360, my "chain" list is no longer working, and when I highlight the names, it will insert them in the "to" on the email, but when I try to send it I get an error message "connection error"......why can't I forward my happy emails??????

    It happened with me also it i continued facing this thing for about a week or so. sometimes it happnes and comes back itself. do not worry. wait.

perhaps you have too many comma's somewhere? I know that when I tried to send an email to my address book it for some reason was adding two comma's by a name and it wouldn't send. Good luck~!
