How do I disable the previous dates in Android custom calendar?

When I try to add an event, the new yahoo calendar rejects any dates I enter, and calendar icon doesn't work.?

• Clicking on the calendar icon beside the date field results in only a faint outline of a month's calendar view, but with no dates to click on. I am using Explorer 9 and Windows Vista. Please help. I don't want to have to switch to another claendar, like Google, in order to have a working calendar.

  I'm not having any problems with the new format. I'm using Vista, and IE 8. I've read that many people who are using IE9 are having huge issues, including what you have written. People are saying if they switch to Firefox browswer instead of Internet Explorer many of the problems disappear.
