How do I transfer my emails and contacts to my new btinternet.com email address?

The standard form does not allow this email address neither does it allow my format of wanadoo address as the old email address.

Answer:
Email -FWD one at a time. Contacts - all at once. Open the old email>Contacts Import/Export. Export them. If the provider offers a choice, pick CSV. Destination Desktop. Open the new>Contacts>Import. Browse to the Desktop, choose the CSV file and Import.
