How do i retrieve email addresses in my address book that were acidently deleted?

Answer:
go to your sent folder in your email and see if you sent any emails to the ones that you accidently deleted and resave them to your address book.

Ah yes, the importance of backing things up. If you didn't remember to do that, go through your sent mail and your in box, hoping there is an email that has the address you need. If not, you hope they will send you one so you can get it back.
