How do I export Yahoo! Contacts to another e-mail account?

  • i have a verizon account and i want to get my yahoo adress book into that one.

    In your mail click OPTIONS. In the Yahoo Beta Mail on the side bar should be a link called CONTACT OPTIONS (in the old interface it is called ADDRESS BOOK). Click that then click IMPORT & EXPORT. You then have a few options as to how to export the file. Click the appropriate one (in this case Outlook.csv) and export. It will prompt you to save it on your computer. I'm not sure what utility Verizon has for importing, but just go to it but I suspect that it should be fairly similar to how you just exported your contacts. If you are importing into Outlook and need help, just mail me and I can update my answer to include those steps.
