Use BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) to send to a list without your list seeing who else it was sent to.

By inserting everyone's e-mail address in the bcc section under TO: in the header of your e-mail. Put your e-mail address in the TO: section and all your friends into the bcc: section (blind carbon copy) -- hit send!
