How do I move my addresses e-mail from [email protected] to [email protected]?

My old [email protected] has been changed to my new [email protected] and I would like for my old e-mail addresses to be moved to my new e-mail addresses so I won't have to type my e-mail addressed in again. How can I do this?

The only way I know how is to add them one at a time from the other account.
