It wants that so they can mail you crap that you don't want like. Buy this and buy that and give us your identity nothing bad will happen.

It may most probably be phishing, alway be careful. You may not want to provide personal information to anyone who is unkown to you. You could use www.dnsstuff.com, under "WHOIS/IPWHOIS Lookup" enter the domain address of the email address you are verifying. The response would show who this domain address belongs to. For example: [email protected] WHOIS - domain.com [Caching always on for search engines and InfoPath] Registrar: DSTR ACQUISITION PA I, LLC DBA DOMAINBANK.COM Status: clientDeleteProhibited Dates: Created 01-jul-1994 Updated 29-may-2007 Expires 07-jan-2011 DNS Servers: NS1.DOMAIN.COM NS2.DOMAIN.COM NS3.DOMAIN.COM I was referred to rs.domainbank.net; I'm looking it up there. Using 4 day old cached answer (or, you can get fresh results). Hiding E-mail address (you can get results with the E-mail address). The information in this whois database is provided for the sole purpose of assisting you in obtaining information about domain name registration records. are you sure its not a scam??

They did a report on this in our area. Its a scam. If you win something, they do not ask for your personal information through an email. I would ask for a phone number to call, them turn it over to the police. Nrver give out any personal information over the phone or email.

delete such things... they are scams.... do NOT reply to them. everyone gets these emails all the time...just delete them. if you don't believe me, print out the email...take it to your bank...and they will tell you!

I don't understand exactly what you mean. It's obviously a scam unless you did somehow enter a chance to win the lottery and told them to e-mail you.

I used mine [email protected] to verify it. Once you select your email go to your inbox and verify it
Usually any email asking for info out of the blue is a scam, be very careful
