How can I add new people to my address list? My requests to add new people is now working these days. Advise?

I am unable to add a new person to my address book after sending a message to them and a dial box pops up to add the new addressee(s). Please help me. Thank you.

Are you using the beta version of Y! Mail? If so, are pop-up blockers stopping things from getting done? If you're not using the beta version, then you should be getting a error message if the process can't move forward. What is that message? Or does it just hang and do nothing?
