My system runs on Windows Vista, I have ATT Yahoo Email. I want to sent them to a gamil email account and to my daughters ATT Yahoo Email Account

Answer:
If you go to Contact Options in all-new mail or just the contact list in the Classic mail (bottom) there is an option to export the list in various formats. You will have to check the new email account for an import option and use a format compatible for both. If you are sending contacts to a Yahoo Account there are instructions for transfer from any web account to a new Yahoo account here: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/manage/manage-64.html ₪ ɦəlʞɹɐq ₪
