How do I send pictures to my phone from the internet?

How do you send pictures without the internet on a phone.?

  • It's a Sprint phone. I want to be able to send picmail to my friends, and the guy at the store said I could do it with a folder, but I can't find it. I don't have internet access on my phone, but i do have unlimited text messaging.
