How to Download Yahoo Sent Attachments?

  • Hi there... i desperately need to recover a short novel i wrote for a contest. I sent it to my teacher and the mail is still there , with thy attachment. How can i download it ? Please i need it urgently !

    A Yahoo posting suggests that you disable scanning attachments in your anti virus software.If that fails go back to classic mail via this link. http://us.mg1.mail.yahoo.com/dc/optout?script=no click yes when asked do you want to opt out. Hope this helps.

I am new user of New Mail and can't find how to download attachments, but you can switch to mail classic(click mail classic at top of email window) and click/my attachments next click/attachment it will come up in window then click download this file. A popup window will appear click/open click/file where you want it next click/ save
