How can I see the attachments that were sent to my e-mail?

How come when i get an email sent to my phone i cant see the attachments IMPORANT!! ANSWERS PLZ!!?

• ok so i was trying to take pictures from my laptop and putting it on my phone but i didnt know how so i looked it up and all i found was email your phone like puttin urnumber@phonecarrier but when it sent and i checked my phone the attachment didnt show all that showed was who it was from am i doing something wrong?

  if you have e-mail on your phone, then you should be able to access it from your phone without having to send it through some wacky e-mail address. you should just be able to log onto your email on your phone and then VOILA your photos are on your phone!!! hope this answers your problem/question ! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)
