I cannot attach a photo to be emailed - it does attach but behind the attachment it is (delete) in blue.?
-
When I want to delete a message or forward a message it will not allow me to do so. I also cannot attach anything, I have 2 computers and it does it on both. One is on cox. net. I have tried deleting the temporary files, folders, etc. sometimes it will work and then the next time it will not. But I can never send an attachment or forward one with a photo or pictures - only the text appears on the receiving end. Any ideas?

Answer:
Since it happens on different computers, the problem is probably with the ISP at either the sending or receiving end, or, it lies with inadequate compatibility between the software you are sending from and the software at the receiving end. My first step would be to verify software compatibility.
