  You can save the picture then open it in Paint (Start>Programs>Accessories>Paint), and make the image smaller. To do this, after opening the picture in paint, go to Image>Resize/Skew. In the Horizontal and Vertical fields type in "75" or "50" depending on how large your picture is. (Keep the numbers you put in both fields the same) You'll have to adjust the white part of the picture, scaling it down to frame it (dragging the square in the bottom right-hand corner of the white)
