How can i get rid of an email that is still sending for at least 3 weeks, very large file, cant delete it.Help?

I tried to send a friend an email with an attachment, but did not look at the size of file, noticed it still has not been sent, tried to delete or recall it but cant all I get back is that outlook has began sending file. So need advice on how to cancel or delete the sending file. I use Microsoft Outlook for my emails. Please help so I can get rid of this sending email.
