How may I insert pictures in the text of the e-mail?

How can I text pictures to my email address?

• I have the samsung Gravity T and I want to text pictures to my email address without using internet. I know that I'm supposed to put my email address instead of the number that i want to send too but when I press "Send to new number", i can't write letters only numbers. There's another option "Send to new email" and I can write letters there but I'm scared that I'll get charged for using internet. help pleaseee (: thank you in advance! <3
