How do I send a picture from my email to a cell phone?

alright well I don't have picture messaging on my cell phone plan so I want to send a picture to one of my friend's cell phone through my yahoo email. How do I do this?

Answer:
You can download the picture from email to desktop of your system. Then connect the data cable of your phone to pc. Then you can do the file transfer.
