How do I delete the attachments in my attachment folder?

Can some one please tell me how i can delete old attachments that i no longer want from my attachment folder??

  I may be wrong but open the attatchment like you want to add to it,then in the upper right hit the red x seems like when you want to save it its easier to lose it, if this doesnn't seem like a good idea dont try it. it says you have no answers to this but after I post this it will show you already know the answer so dont go by what I say.
