Trouble with viewing Yahoo classic mail attachments.?

• I am having trouble viewing attachments through Yahoo mail classic. Normally, when I would click the 'Download File' link the File Download window would ask me if I wanted to open or save the file. A few days ago I needed to save the attachment instead of just viewing it. Now I no longer get the prompt if I want to 'open or save' the file. All it does is download and then I have to physically open it. Even pictures no longer open automatically for viewing? I have gone through every tutorial I can find and can not locate one that tells me how to get the 'Download File' link to get the File Download window to ask me if I want to open or save the file.
