Why cant i change my yahoo default picture?

after i hit upload it says invalid response and the picture is less than 1mb. i can upload to an album just not to change the default picture.

Ok. 1) Go to Yahoo Answers 2) My Activity 3) Edit My preferences 4) Update Photo or Avatar 5) Add Photo 6) Browse and Crop 7) Pick me as Best Answer lol! :)
