How do I send large attachments?

Are there any web based email providers that allow you to send large attachments?

I need to send emails with multiple attachments on each email. I use these for my business. I send 3 to 7 attachments per email that can add up to 100MB or more. All my attachments must stay attachments and not be kept on a server to be linked to or the business I am emailing cannot open then. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
