How do you send pictures to your phone from email?

How can I send pictures from my laptop to a friend's cell phone when I don't have their email address?

  • My friend wants me to send him some pictures of me and the only way i have to contact him is by cell phone. I do NOT know which carrier he uses. The pictures are on my laptop that i want to send to him. How can i do this?
