I cannot open an attachment in one of my emails.

I have to type a one page letter to use as a attachment to several outgoing emails, what is a very simple way?

  • to do this??...... i am not pc savvy, and known nothing about wordsoft or wordperfect (i have a 2002 version of wordperfect but don't know how to use it because i never had to) Thanks for your help.

  • Answer:

The simplest thing to do is to just do it: type your letter! It's not like anyone else can type it for you, is there? Check your copy of wordperfect for templates to help you with setting it up and when it's finished, save it somewhere on your computer with a meaningful name so you can find it again later. To add it to your mails: 1. Click Attach Files—it’s below Subject:. 2. In the window that opens, click Browse to find and select the file or photo you want. 3. When you've got it, click it, then click Open. 4. Click Attach Files again to inititate the upload of the file. 5. Once the upload is completed, click the Continue to Message button. 6. Repeat these steps to attach more files. Nice work. Look at you—adding attachments! You can send many types of files as attachments, including word processor or spreadsheet documents, audio files, image files (.bmp, .jpg., .gif, etc.), web pages saved as HTML files, and more. You can add multiple attachments up to a sum total of 10MB to any email message. If you'd like to be able to send and receive larger messages with attachments, check out Mail Plus. With Yahoo! Mail Plus, you can send and receive messages up to 20MB in size.
