Attach the picture/audio file to the email like you would if you were sending an regular file to another email address but first..you have to send an email from your phone to your email address using your phone number. so go from make your email address an contact..then email your address saying anything. then you will have an already made email address from your phone..its sorta just made with the phone. so then after that, you can reply to the email...and send it to your phone. the email will turn into an Picture message and will show up as an picture message from your email address.
