Why do I keep getting an error message when I use Yahoo?

Please help me with this error message i keep getting?

when i use yahoo messenger i keep getting this error message every other time i send a im that says internet explorer script error that reads a error has occured in the script of this page and i have to keep clicking yes or no because it says do you want to continue running scripts on this page . i clicked yes and no and that thing still keeps popping up and it gets on my nerves. i dont know if it is because i use only firefox and dont use internet explorer no more which i wont use internet explorer because i hate it for alot of reasons. please help me get rid of that thing that keeps popping up. i will give 10 points to anybody that can tell me best way to get rid of it because i am tired it x ing it out or clicking yes or no to get rid of it

Your messenger program has most likely become corrupt. Go to add-remove programs and remove it then download a new copy of messenger. If you do not know how call your internet provider and they can help you or do it for you.
