How do I save photos from an email message to a folder in my computer?

Answer:
It really depends on what your e-mail base is .. but for most of e-mails,you click on the attachment then it will give you the option of just opening the picture or saving it instead.

Open the picture (make it big) right click on the picture click Save As, a box will open asking where to save it.
