How do i send videos via messenger or email?

I have video stored on my music I use windows media but cannot email video

Answer:
Download yahoo messenger and have the person you are trying to send the video to download it also, exchange ids. Click their name to send a message and then at the top where the icons are; select send file. The option to browse your computer for the file will open up and then you will need to locate the video file and double click it....then follow the rest of the steps. Make sure they have a program that is compatible with the video format that your video is saved in or they will not be able to view it.
