How can I download all the email attachments at once?

Can no longer download email attachments of any size. Message says web page can't be displayed. Ideas?

  • The attachments are scanned and no virus found. When I then select "Download" the message Internet Explorer cannot display the web page comes up.

    I was having the same problem for the last couple weeks. I had made no changes to anything on my computer, but suddenly I couldn’t download anything. I Googled the question (see link below) and found this answer that worked for me: “I had the same problem, which had to do with my anti-virus (Trend Micro). I had to go into Virus Controls; then Protection Against Viruses; click on Settings and uncheck the box that said "Threats in Web mail attachments". Remember, Yahoo uses Norton to download attachments so you can't have two virus protections "running" at the same time.” I have Trend Micro antivirus, other people have had this download trouble with McCaffey antivirus, the solution is the same, though the steps may be different.
