How can I view attachment sent with stationary?

For some reason, I'm not able to view my attachment although I can see that the senders have sent me one.?

I can see the little paperclip next to some of my messages in my inbox but when I open the email there's no attachment. This is a new thing and I know there's suppose to be an attachment because the email sender refers to something being sent!
Answer:

delete tempory files from your browser to do this 1. click on tools, internet options, click delete cookies, delete files 2. Delete all read messages from your email account. you must have used up all alloted space for your account. Good Luck!

Maybe you don't have the right software. Save the files to your Desktop before you try viewing them, right click on one of them, go to Properties and check what the type of file it is. Then check on Google which program opens that type of files and download it. Afterwards right click on the files again, go to "Open with", chose the program you just downloaded and it should open them.
