How can i send a animated graphic picture to a cell phone?

How do I send a picture from my e-mail to my cell phone?

  • Yes, I have looked at the other questions similar to this. But my problem is that I have a certain picture on my PC that I want to send to my Sprint cell phone. I have sent pictures from my cell phone to my e-mail, and found out what the address is. When I sent a message to that address, I never recieved it on my phone. And yes, I have attempted to take a picture with my phone of the photo on my PC, but I would believe if I sent the picture from e-mail to phone that it would have better resolution.
