How to add another email to desktop?

How do I add captions to a photo in Photo Mail from a desktop Word file.?

  • I have the photos in a file on my desktop, and the (long) descriptions in a file in my email site and also as a Word file on my desktop. How do I add the captions after selecting the photos in Photo Mail? The two line "title" under the photo isn't long enough. If I select and copy the caption from the Word desktop file, "paste" doesn't appear when I switch to the photo ready for "add" (insert) on the Photo Mail window. If I add the photo and go to the message with the photo before sending, the same problem arises- I can't figure out how to access and copy the caption from my desktop (or "attachment" file or "Web caption" file from my email site) and add it to my photo. I have a PC. Please help!

  • Answer:

I found a way to add captions for my photos in beta.... First, I start (compose) a new email. Then I attach all the photos I want included. Then, I save as a draft (you don't need an address or subject for this part) and cancel the original composition. Next, I open the draft and all the photos appear in the body. I then select all the photos and space in between by dragging the mouse over all the photos, right click and select copy. Then, I start a new compose, right click and select paste. The photos now appear in the body with the spaces. I can then write in between all the spaces and include captions with all the photos. A bit klugey, but it works.
