Sending Files Too Big For Email?

I have done some research online trying to find a way to send large files online that are way too big for my email. I need to send large, high resolution photos; even after compressing the folder, the file is still anywhere from 60-130MB. I've heard of: www.toobigforemail.com www.sendthisfile.com www.wikifortio.com Are these sites safe? I'm looking especially at the first two. I don't want to use a torrent or file sharing site, and I don't have the money for my own website at the moment. I have a yola site, but it only allows 15MB files, so my files are still way too large. Any information on these sites or good recommendations of non-torrent/file sharing sites are much appreciated!!
